1. Introduction

Welcome to JobPaglu. By creating an account, installing our browser extension, or using any part of our job-application automation service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the service.

2. What the Service Does

JobPaglu runs inside your own browser and, when you enable an auto-apply run, submits job applications on your behalf across supported platforms. It may fill application forms and screening questions using the profile information and preferences you provide. You remain the applicant for every application submitted through your account.

By enabling an auto-apply run, you authorize JobPaglu to use the profile information and application preferences you provide to fill and submit applications on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing your profile, application settings and the applications submitted through your account.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a JobPaglu account. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. JobPaglu is not directed at, and does not knowingly collect information from, anyone under 18.

4. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Accounts are for individual use and may not be shared with another person.

You must provide accurate account information and promptly update it when necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for notifying us if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.

5. Your Profile Data

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information in your JobPaglu profile. JobPaglu is designed to answer application questions using information from your profile. You must not use the service to intentionally provide false or misleading information, including fabricated experience, qualifications or credentials.

If your profile or application preferences are inaccurate or incomplete, applications submitted through the service may also contain inaccurate or incomplete information.

6. AI-Generated Content

JobPaglu uses automated systems, including AI, to generate and select application answers and other job-application content. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions or inaccuracies and may not perfectly reflect your qualifications, preferences or intent.

You are responsible for ensuring that your profile information and application settings are accurate and appropriate for the applications you choose to submit. You should review generated content where appropriate and should not rely on AI-generated content as a guarantee of accuracy.

JobPaglu is not responsible for decisions made by employers or third-party platforms based on applications submitted through the service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use JobPaglu to:

• Submit applications containing false or intentionally misleading information.
• Apply on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
• Circumvent, overload, interfere with or disrupt any job platform's systems, security measures or access controls.
• Use the service in a manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, resell or redistribute the JobPaglu extension, service or proprietary components, except where permitted by applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to JobPaglu accounts, systems or infrastructure.

8. Credits & Payments

The service runs on credits. New accounts may receive free starting credits, and additional credits can be purchased in packs through Razorpay. Credits are consumed per application attempt. There is no recurring subscription and no automatic renewal.

A credit is consumed when JobPaglu begins processing an application attempt. An application attempt may not always result in a successful submission because of circumstances including third-party platform errors, changes to application forms, CAPTCHAs, verification requirements, network problems, browser issues or other conditions outside JobPaglu's control.

9. Refunds and Credit Restoration

Purchased credits are non-refundable once used, except where required by applicable law or as otherwise stated in these terms.

If a technical failure attributable to JobPaglu consumes a credit and prevents an application from being submitted, contact us within 7 days with the relevant application details. If the issue is determined to be attributable to JobPaglu, we may restore the affected credit.

Credit restoration does not apply to failures caused by third-party platforms, changes to third-party websites, CAPTCHAs or verification requirements, the user's browser or device, internet connectivity, or other circumstances outside JobPaglu's reasonable control.

10. Third-Party Platforms

JobPaglu interacts with third-party job platforms, including LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Internshala and Wellfound. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or responsible for these platforms.

Your use of each third-party platform remains subject to its own terms, policies and rules. Some platforms may restrict or prohibit automated access, automated applications or similar activity. You are responsible for using JobPaglu only where permitted and for complying with the applicable rules of each platform.

JobPaglu does not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee their availability, functionality, accuracy, policies or continued compatibility with the service.

11. No Guarantee of Outcomes

JobPaglu automates the act of applying for jobs. We do not guarantee interviews, responses, recruiter contact, offers, employment or any other hiring outcome.

Hiring decisions rest entirely with employers and other third parties. JobPaglu does not guarantee that any particular application will be viewed, considered or accepted by an employer.

12. Service Availability

We do not guarantee that JobPaglu will be available at all times or that every supported job platform, application form or feature will work without interruption or errors.

Third-party websites may change their interfaces, application processes, access requirements or security measures, or introduce verification steps, CAPTCHAs or other restrictions that can prevent an application from being completed. We may also modify, suspend or discontinue features of the service as it evolves.

13. Intellectual Property

The JobPaglu platform, browser extension, software, interface, proprietary models, branding and related materials are owned by JobPaglu or licensed to us. Except as expressly permitted by us or applicable law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, sell or otherwise exploit the service or its proprietary components.

Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of JobPaglu's intellectual property to you. You retain ownership of the information and content you provide to JobPaglu, subject to the rights necessary for us to operate the service as described in our Privacy Policies.

14. Privacy

Your use of JobPaglu is also subject to our Platform Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, process, retain and protect information submitted through the JobPaglu website and services.

Use of the JobPaglu browser extension is additionally covered by our Browser Extension Privacy Policy, which explains what the extension processes, what permissions it uses and how extension-related data is handled.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or restrict access to the service if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, misused the service, created a security risk, or used the service in a way that could harm JobPaglu or others.

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. Account deletion and data retention are handled according to our Platform Privacy Policy.

Provisions relating to payments, intellectual property, privacy, disclaimers, limitations of liability and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply after your account or use of the service ends.

16. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, JobPaglu is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely accurate or compatible with every third-party platform, job listing or application form.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JobPaglu is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from or related to your use of the service, including missed job opportunities, loss of employment opportunities, employer decisions, third-party platform restrictions or failures, third-party service interruptions, or errors in AI-generated content.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, provide notice through the service or by other reasonable means.

Your continued use of JobPaglu after the updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you should stop using the service.

18. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any consumer-protection right that cannot be waived under applicable law, the courts located in India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service.
